M16 the Eagle Nebula also known as star Queen nebula and the Spire is a young cluster of stars in the constellation Serpens is about 7000 light years away a part of a emission nebula taken from my backyard Waikiki WA hope you like. Martin

Humm...sometimes less is more. I good rendition but I think you have pushed the sharpening a bit too far.

Good'ol Eagle, not too bad but I'd have another go, don't be discouraged, it's fun reprocessing ...I used to be the king of it give the eyes a rest and have another shot.

Thanks Kevin Peter Marc and Mike thanks for your welcome comments taken
the image is a bit sharp and I think the colour could be a bit strong needs calming down but on astrobin I had a lot of positive feedback about the eagle nebula you just learn a lot on feedback and improve processing the image.
it makes the image.As long as you got enough data.

That’s coming together well now Martin. The colours are showing the contrast between the different areas of the nebula.
