CPC motor control board in Aus

Hey everyone,
I'm probably posting this in the wrong place. But I urgently need a Celestron CPC MC board (not deluxe). I'm going to Coonabarabran on Monday for the sole purpose of stargazing (I know Moon phase isn't ideal but I'll wait till 4:30 am after it sets) and when updating the MC board for the trip, MCUpdate completely fried both microcontrollers. They're $153USD, but I can't find anywhere in Australia that sells them. If there's no stores, does anyone here have any spares I could buy?

I can not recall who it was at the time (The Celestron distributor) but some years back when I fried a board in my CPC mount they had them and they were reasonably priced. Hopefully someone can recall who that is and will post it in here.

Hi,
Bintel should have it - I bought parts from then a couple of years ago when I had a CPC.

Cheers

Thank you so much. Even if they don't have it, you've given me hope. They didn't show it on their website but hopefully they still have some.

Hello Tom,

As mentioned Bintel have done the Celestron parts for a good while. You can tell them the part number from the Celestron spares website.

Also, Tasco took on Celestron Distribution earlier this year. A rep from them was active earlier - username "Earl". Here is his sig:

I've check to see if we have the spare in question - but BINTEL are well worth checking to see if they have it in stock!

Cheers,
