Moon on Feb 24th

24th Feb. Woke up this morning at about 5 am and decided to take a pic of the Moon thru my Meade LX600 scope. Often difficult at this time since one is half asleep. Two shots are shown here, both non-cropped, single exposures with a Canon 550d camera. First pic shows Schiller, Schikard craters near Mare Humorum (SW limb of Moon) - you can even see around the edge a bit.
Second pic shows Kepler crater with its bright ray system (centre). Copernicus is to upper left. Thanks for viewing.
