Moon on Feb 9th

Feb 9th. Image shows south pole region of the Moon with the prominent craters Tycho and Clavius standing out well tonight. Sky conditions were fair. Single exposure with Canon 550d camera and LX600 10" scope. Thanks for viewing.

Moon Feb 9th

Nice photo John, focus and exposure look spot on. I also couldnt resist taking a couple of shots that night with my LX-90 8inch and Canon 1000D. 1/30th sec exposure @ prime focus seemed about right for me.
My results dont show near the detail that have achieved. Well done!

John
