Lmc - ngc1763

NGC1763 and surrounds within the LMC
91x 90sec subs on GTF81 refractor with ASI071MC
Captured with APT and processed in PI

Nice job Chris; could do with some much shorter subs so you could quieten down the small blown out areas.

Thanks Raymo. Good idea about the overblown bits. I might also have also been too aggressive with the stretching.

Mosaics:
The IP4AP.com has tutorials (have to pay $40 for subscription).
PI can stitch things up nicely.


Planning is the hard part.
Again spending money with 'TheSkyX' would make it easier (it works it all out for you).

I have manually done grids showing RA & DEC, target and FOV, however very time consuming.
