Polarex/Unitron 4 inch f/15 Refractor with EQ mount

Polarex/Unitron 4 inch refractor probably dating from the 1960's or 1970's.
This scope is a collector's item but would still be a great scope for planetary observing.

Aperture: 102mm (4 inch)
Focal length: 1500mm (f/14.7)
I'm assuming its an achromatic objective (not an apo).

Items Included:
Main Scope: 4" refractor (in wooden box).
Guide scope: 60mm, f/11.6 (objective lens is chipped)
Finderscope (not sure of specs)
German equatorial mount (in wooden box) with counter-weights and wooden tripod (also in wooden box).
Mechanical clock drive (weight driven).
Glass plate 'Seikoscope' camera (with three plate cartridges and instruction leaflet).
Eyepieces: K12.5mm, K18mm, K25mm, Ortho 4mm, Ortho 6mm,
2 x Sym.ach 9mm, Sym.ach 7mm (all 0.965" barrels).
1 x Monochro 40mm (1.25" barrel).
Star diagonal.
Something that looks like a barlow (1.25").
Six-way eyepiece selector.
Extension tube (for photography).
Anything I haven't mentioned is in the pictures.

Video of me setting up the scope:

(Not all items/accessories are shown in the video)

Condition of items:
The objective of the guide scope is chipped on the inside surface.
Other optics appear to be in good condition but need cleaning.
The six-way eyepiece selector appears to have a defective thread on the 1.25 inch barrel. Ie: the barrel does not screw into the six-way selector firmly but remains loose.
The clock drive appears to be in very good condition, but I can not confirm if it works as I don't know how to operate it.
One of the metal spiked feet on the tripod is loose and tightening the screw doesn't help. It might be that the wood underneath has rotted. Otherwise the tripod looks strong.

Note: This scope belongs to the Northern Sydney Astronomical Society and I have been asked to post this ad on their behalf. I have got the ok from Mike Salway that this is ok under the IceInSpace Classifieds terms of service as the item is not owned by an individual who could post it themselves.

We are asking $5000 for the lot.

I have the scope in my possession and I am located in the Blue Mountains 100km west of Sydney.
I can deliver anywhere in the Sydney or mountains area.
Shipping to other locations at purchaser's expense.

Two offers received at $3200.
The first received will be considered by the club committee unless there's a higher offer.

The club committee will consider the highest offer at their meeting tomorrow (Tuesday 9th April). Therefore any further offers should be made ASAP.
