Orion AZ-G Goto mount question

Hi, I've got an ORION teletrack AZ-G Goto mount and wonder if anyone knows if I can buy an attachment for it to make aligning stars easier. I have done numerous google searches and cannot find anything suitable. I see that Celestron has a thing called SkyAlign but think that's inbuilt into their mounts. I bought my equipment about 5 years ago, a newbie and successfully aligned my telescope about 6 times, albeit somewhat stressfully, and had some great viewing (I have a red dot finder). Lately whenever I've tried to align I cannot do it and have wasted many hours trying. Especially frustrating when friends are standing around waiting for a viewing! Is there anything out there that could make things easier?

Thank you, Mary

Hi Mary I dont know if this helps , but the dovetail lock knob should be towards the eyepiece side up ; flip the tube around in az 180 degrees if necessary it maybe in the mount pointing in the wrong direction by 180 degrees!
I've never had this mount so dont know its function, and am only guessing !
