Meade DSI

Good Day everybody.
I am a novice to amateur astronomy (about 2-3yrs), I was gifted by receiving a Meade DSI for Xmas by my wife which i will be using on a Meade LXD75 8"SN with F/4.

Can anybody give me any tips for this camera, especially with using Autosuite software. Also does the camera work as a autoguider/ and camera simultaneuosly so as to track and long expose.

I am also using an Olympus OM-1 and will attempt to do some eyepiece projection and primary focal, i have the T.ring and T adaptor ( ithink it is an adaptor: you can fit an eyepiece in it and it is somewhat telescopic to about 50mm), ISO 400 Fuji film. Again any simple trick that i need to know??

All advice welcome
Arthur
