Setting up the home position magnet for maxdome controller

OK I originally set it up but for the life of me I can't remember how to redo this. Those out there with a Sirius dome be able to supply some pictures of this?

I took a picture of my 3.5 Sirius magnet installation for Mathew in this thread:
