Omega Centauri - NGC 5139

Dear all,

it was not easy to process this one... Star clusters are tough, at least for me. For your comments.

A bit more color intensity in this one. Do not like that much the red stars.
maybe some deconvolution is missing.

You’ve resolved it well Plus, globular are very red
One suggestion I would make when photographing any star cluster is not to use a light pollution filter as it can make colour calibration difficult and light pollution doesn’t affect them so much

I prefer your first one. I do agree with Leon, it lacks a bit of contrast, but nonetheless it's a very good image. As it says beside my name, I like Globs!

Hi Fernando
Nice image of Omega
Well done
I’ll second the advice about filters , you don’t need them for globs
Try again without the filter , I’m sure your image will be cleaner with more definition and some colour in your star field
