More moon shots with iPhone 8

Here are a few more moon shots with my iPhone 8 , 10”dob and Delos eye pieces

Taken at 5am on 27th December with seeing conditions average

iPhone works ok on the big dob but it’s hit and miss

Waiting for my HEQ5 mount and 150mm F6 reflector to arrive in a few weeks to start learning how to use my Canon DSLR

shows how boring the full moon is. away from a full moon where you have shadows you get that transition that really shows off the craters and a simple camera held to an eyepiece is more than capable of getting good shots
