EL Panel Options for Observatory

One of my many projects is to source a EL Flat generating panel for the observatory, and this year I'd like to get that finalised. I have been researching the options, and ran across Gerd Neumann's Aurora panels (which seem pretty cost effective and complete) but are there simple local DIY alternatives?

I would need a one panel solution so that I can use it on any of my scopes, right up to the 10", although realistically I should probably cover 12" 'just in case I ever build a new Newt'.

Suggestions.

A bunch of us discussed and found a supplier of EL Panels back in 2008.
They're a great way to take flats.
See this thread:
Let there be affordable Light Box's!

Also a lot of my Deep Space images in my signature utilised Flats taken using my EL Panel.
Check out my build here:
My El Panel build.

I'm not sure if the supplier is still sourcing these, I ended up buying an A3 and a small panel for my Canon lenses but I just use the A3 basically for all.

I bought a couple (A3 and A4) from these guys. Good service. They are quite bright, so you need to put a few sheets of white paper in front of them to dim things a bit, but then they work well.
However, Ive now moved to T-shirt flats. They are much more user friendly with a 12" scope and I can do them in the day rather than at the end of the night when sleep beckons.
