NGC3372 - after camera modification

I just started to process the data from last night since it was pretty good in Melbourne. Here's a side by side comparison of the same panel from a carina mosaic taken with n.i.n.a where i just loaded the same sequence i had saved to repeat it.

This is just one sub, no processing or stacking yet. Just calibration, cosmetic correction and debayer (all PixInsight).

The left is an unmodded Canon 60D, the right is the same camera, modified, and with an Optolong L-Pro filter. The moon was pretty much at it's worst back on the 11th, and it was a slightly cooler night last night (but not by more than 2c sensor temp) so the conditions weren't exactly the same, but I couldn't get back out due to weather until now.

Same exposure settings. If I wore a monocle, it would have leapt from my eye when I opened them side by side. A significant improvement. I'll post the final mosaic side by side as well when I finish it.
