Great detail coming through there Martin, the seeing and transparency must have been good. Well done. I know how you feel about neighbours lights, it's bad enough battling Sydney's light pollution, so having someone leave an outside light on all night doesn't help you much. What's wrong with some people, don't they believe in reducing their electricity consumption to save money and the environment?

Like that a lot, Martin. Much better than the garish colours this nebula is often painted in.
Cheers

It's a great image, surely a slingshot would take care of the neighbour's light?

Lovely Eta Martin, clean detail & soft colours.
As for the neighbors, it's a case of "lights on, nobody home".
I have a similar situation here.
Cheers,
Tony

Thanks Mick, Kevin, Andy , Nik and Tony
I’m pretty happy how this one turned out , plenty of subs , obviously good stacking , dithering and darks help a lot plus great processing software like Startools ( has so many different modules to use for gradient removal and noise reduction )
And yes I would appreciate if the neighbours were more considerate when it comes to their external lighting being left on until very late ( all my external lights ( 4 off ) are on motion sensors so I don’t annoy anyone )
Thanks again

Pinpoint stars, razor sharp details, subtle blend of tones and a super clean image. Top notch stuff Martin. All that's left to do is to choose a frame and a spot on the wall for it.

Thanks LIS
Appreciate the flattering comments
By the way I already have a framed image of Carina Nebula at my weekender under Bortle 3 skies captured last year with my 8” f5 newt ( see attached)
Although this image was captured under much more difficult circumstances with Bortle 8 Sydney skies and neighbours outside lights washing across my yard I’m extremely pleased with the final processed result
Thanks again
Cheers
