Jupiter 2020-01-15

My 1st Jupiter for 2020 at just 19 with the Sun well above the eastern horizon and capturing through tree tops I was hopeful of finding Jupiter in the bright sky.
Using StarryNight to move from Mars via several stars I was fortunate to finally see a very faint Jupiter in the live view.
The final image is composed of 3 x 75 second processed images combined in the Gimp (thanks to Anthony Wesley who's ninox software and his Gimp skills were much appreciated)
Further images and data here: http://www.astrogem.com.au/Jupiter/2020/2020-01-14/

Regards, Phil

Very nice attempt !

But when you look up Jupiter after sunrise, image quality might even be better because it is higher in the sky.
