Trifid This was not a good night in Perth the humidity was like rain
have not been out for a long time. Took the image gave it ago
comments would be great Astro image such a trial it can drive you mad keep trying
don't give up

What we think is marvelous about this shot is the super-faint wispy material in the outer background on the right, and also the contrasting open cluster top left.

Perhaps the Trifid itself is a little over-smoothed and over-contrasty, but still a very fine image.
