Seeking Drive Corrector Instructions !

I have this un-branded Drive Corrector on my work bench and before testing it out etc. would like a copy of the instructions . It has no name or model number and a Google/images turned up nothing. Looks like may have 4 wires to a DEC motor(?). It looks only somewhat familiar to me.
