combining Stellarium, BEOS and Plate Solve2

I'm planning to "go back to basics" a little and do some OSC imaging with my old 20D. And my intention is to make use of some licences I already hold for BEOS and PlateSolve2 both of which I have used in the past but never together.

My hope is that I can set up a work flow that would combine a planetarium (such as Stellarium or similar) for scope control with BEOS to image and PlateSolve2 for centering etc. Oh, and of course PHD2 for guiding.

I am wondering if anyone has been able to integrate these ingredients into a reliable workflow.

Peter
