I have originally purchased this Samyang 135 mm f/2 lens for wide field astro imaging. To this end I have also made a 3D printed bracket and have an auto focus mechanism made by Rigel System. The auto focus mechanism comprises of a Rigel system stepper motor, a support bracket (to minimise flexure), a drive gear and a large gear which goes around the focusing ring of the lens (costed $150USD for the bracket - not including the motor which I had from before).
I have had it out for couple of times only to test and made sure it worked:

As you can see from the above post it worked quite well. However, I found that this set up is best suited for dark sky using a DSLR or a colour CCD/CMOS. In urban area where I am the fast speed means it picks up light pollution so one really needs to use filter and mono. I have done that with a filter drawer but I found it too fiddly and and not really my cup of tea, so I am putting this set up for sale.
The Lens is bought new around August from Michaels in Australia so it should have Australian and NZ warranty (not sure if it is transferrable though). Besides the above test, I have not really put it to use, so it is near new.
Asking price = AU$920 + post
The price includes the 3D printed brackets and the focusing mechanism by Rigel Systems, but it does NOT include the motor in the photo and the controller (not pictured)
Not willing to split at this stage.
I have listed this at more than $200 below how much I had spent putting the kit together.
I charge actual shipping.
