10-16mm Tokina lens at 14mm
ISO 4000
F2.8
exposure was either 4 seconds or 0.6 seconds. (i actually don't know which of my two images i edited)..
I had people who kept taking flash while i was trying to take this shot, and i only ended up getting 2 good photos to play with
