Sky view from aircraft

On a Dubai-Melbourne flight I took this photo of the sky in the west from a location when the plane was NW of Perth above the ocean.
I held the camera (6d with 24-105 at 24mm, set to f/4 and ISO 6400) steady for 10 seconds and kept a blanket to prevent glare from cabin lighting.

That is a top result. You and the plane have kept things surprisingly steady. Plenty of colour in the stars too.
