Question EQ6 CAD drawing conversion

Quite some time ago I found this EQ6 drawing in pdf format.
So far I was converting screen dumps (BMP) to dxf as required (by means of this converter). This works sort of OK (some scaling is necessary to fix the size of the drawing in LibreCAD), but it would be far better if that 3D pdf could be converted into 3D dxf or DWG format.
Does someone knows of such utility?
I tried this online service, but it couldn’t do it.
Any ideas?

Hi Bojan. Do you have all of the different section views from the 3D model in PDF. .? Perhaps the author would post a Dxf file.

Perhaps I could import into Cad and or redraw to produce a functional vector 3D model. What is the result and accuracy level you are looking for?

Being able to 3D print an EQ6 mount would be great. I imagine the bearings would present some problems. And of course the strength of the overall assembly. Is this really feasible?

Gidday Bojan,
Have a look at the plus or pro version of NanoCad. short lickey 30 days.
you can load the image file as a layer, and then trace into another layer.
Can do 3d aspects.

Also recently looked at Onshape, quite interesting....

kind regards,Alan

Thank you guys for your replies and comments..
I will ask author for CAD file...

The resolution and accuracy I need (?) is not that critical I think, I would like to have better insight about details of modifications before I start dismatling the mount...

What I have in mind is adding encoders - I want to fit them inside enclosure and some sort of reasonably accurate model should be helpful for this task.
