Jupiter 18th April from Melbourne

Here is an image of Jupiter taken on the 18th April in better than average seeing, but with terrible transparency due to fog.

I had to crank up the gain on the camera to nearly max to get an image...

ZWO 224MC @approx 40FPS + GSO RC14 @ f/22 + ZWO ADC
Aligned & stacked in AustStakkert + RL deconvolution

Cheers
Maurice

Hi Maurice
Thanks great! I love a shot with the GRS.
I tried earlier that same night too but I think the fog foiled all my shots!

Hi Maurice,

Great Jupiter image! I'm most impressed! It looks so smooth!

Take care,
Doug
