ZWO EAF Installation issues

I’m in the middle of trying to install my ZWO Electronic Auto Focus on my Skywatcher Newtonian. When the product brochure said it was compatible with Sky-Watcher scopes, I assumed that meant it would install out of the box. Seems I was wrong.

I appeared to be foiled by the simple lack of correctly sized screws long enough to replace the existing focus screws, through the mounting bracket. The screws supplied, which you can see in the pictures attached, are too big. The smallest supplied seems to be M4, but the ones already in the Skywatcher look like they are only M2 or M3 sized. That’s quite small to be holding the torque of the EAF, so I’ll need at least 4 more if I can find them.

Unfortunately my nearest hardware is 35Km drive, so looks like no focuser for several more days until I can get into town, unless someone has some other suggestions?

Russell.
