I selected few best shots of Saturn taken this year. Unfortunately I couldn't manage to obtain a good detail on the opposition night of 9th of July (Opposition was 2:52 am on 10th July), but few others during June, July and August were ok. Interesting to see a shadow of Saturn on its ring gradually extends from the opposition position as an angular separation from Sun shift away from 180 degrees (9th of July was 179° 36' 52", 23rd of August was 134° 24' 13").
Images were captured in my backyard with a Ritchey–Chrétien style LX-200R 10" (non UHTC model, manufactured in USA) and ASI224MC.
