Mars over 4 weeks

Playing around with GIMP again and put together a series of Mars pics taken over the last month or so. Not always in great seeing, but I've tried to get a full rotation. In order from left to right, top to bottom. When you put them together like this, the change in size as Mars gets further away becomes apparent. Also looks like the ice cap is still getting smaller too.

Really nice montage. It is indeed getting smaller pretty quick now.

Great show of the phases of Mars Nick.
It’s been occupying a lot of our time and it’s been well worth studying all its varying surface patterns during its close pass.
I’ve learnt a lot this time round and will be on the look out again when it orbits near again.
