No, that's a Eurofighter Tornado.

Disagree...looks like the F16 engine intake, not a canard. Not likely a that a Eurofighter would be in US airspace either (assuming the poster was in the USA).....but who knows...maybe Donnie upset NATO even more recently

The OP lists his location as Norwich. In a subsequent post he comments that he believes the jet has originated from RAF Lakenheath. Definitely a UK observation.

Delta wing, canards, tall fin, and over the UK (not sure where US came from?) - it's a Typhoon.
