GSO 10:1 SCT Crayford

A question to users of this focuser.
The Spec says it has a 25mm travel, the example I have seems to be limited to 18mm travel.
What's your experience???

Hi Ken, I came across this problem many years ago.
Have a look at the image supplied, loosen the locking screw only about half way out.
The focuser should now travel out a little further.

Well, well, well....that worked!!!
Very touchy to find the exact degree of looseness, but effective.
Many thanks for the suggestion.
