Oh boy, if you can go observe the Moon before it sets tonight - simply gorgeous with that tiny sliver with the mere hint of full circumference illumination and surface. Just spectacular.

I remembered to look at the last minute, dashed in to grab my camera and took a poorly focused snap. It was indeed beautiful. Just caught it before it dropped down behind the Blackall Range.
