G'Day Peter,

I was out at about the same time touring with the lightbridge. I didn't pick the transit at low power, but I saw Callisto as it emerged from in front.

Hi Peter.

2 days ago i saw a pimple except it was ganymede at about 6:05pm ,so it was a bit bright which wrecked it a bit.

i was observing it at 120x mag. looked awesome.

I am enjoying it.

There's nothing like a step up in aperture to rekindle the joy of visual astronomy, and of course the AN / Dob combination just makes it a breeze!
