APT v. BackyardEOS

I use APT at the moment but have just looked at the BackyardEOS web site looked as if it's a little better than APT, What is the opinion of you all?

APT vs Backyard EOS

I have both but never use Backyard since I discovered I can run two DSLRs simultaneously with two instances of APT. The designer /Vender quite often posts on here with updates and is very amenable to help/ suggestions.
I think APT has all you would need. My two cents.

APT all the way, even use it occasionally with a CCD (though I run MaxIM nearly 100% of the time).

APT is VERY well thought out. I have been a supporter from VERY early on in it's development, and it has come a LONG way.

I mostly use APT, but at times I find some of the BYEOS features a little easier to use. For example, I prefer DSLR drift aligning with BYEOS and the live view setup as well.

APT has good CCD support as well, so I use it for that mostly.

Graham
BackyardEOS 3.1 premium will control two camera's.

Not saying BYE is better, I have no experience with APT.
