Byers worm gears (EOI)

Hi everyone,

It is a sad day for me, but lack of job security force me to stop working on a big EQ mount and sell the precious Byers worm gears.

If you have access to a workshop this is the ultimate project.
A 11" Byers wheel with clutch and spring-loaded worm is the best in the industry. The 7" is perfect for the DEC. I replaced the original single end worm mount with a more solid arrangement with an adjustable end-float.

Bearings and NEMA23 steppers included. Also the machined AZ disc. See my project here

Have a look around (not sure if Mr Byers will ship to Au) and make me an offer by send me a PM... I'll get back to you re shipping cost to your address.

Kind Regards,
Mick
