Equinox 120

Hi,
I have an Equinox 120 which perform well but unfortunately when the weather get bellow freezing the lens become pinched.
I need to remove the lens cell to release the pressure on the lens but I cannot find anything on the net explaining how I should go about it.
Has anyone any info on the subject?
Thank you for your help.
Vince

The only advice I can offer is to buy a heated "dew strap".
This is a flexible 'ribbon' containing a heat element that wraps around the telescope at the cell end.
They are pretty common and not too expensive.
I have a Kendrick brand for my MC and it has yet to let me down.
In France try Telescopes Underladen (I hope that's the correct name).
Good luck on your hunt.

HI,
Problem solved. I just put on a larger heating band around the objective and the problem disappear.
Thank you for your help.
