Focuser for 4" newt mounting holes

Need some help guys.
What would be mounting holes apart for 4" newton telescope?
Older scope has 0.96" focuser, so if I want to get 1.25" focuser would it be needed to drill new holes. Old one has 49mm holes apart.

If you can measure on your 4" newtonian, will be much appreciated.

Many thanks, cheers.

A couple of things here. Firstly, an 1.25 inch focusor is definitely going to be bigger, so yes drilling new holes will be needed. Secondly, you may not reach focus as the larger focusor will be taller. The draw tube on the bigger focusor could also be larger than the hole in your tube.
