What do i Need ?

Hi Peeps
Well after many years of visual it is time to try something new.

I wish to hook my d5300 ( yes i know its Nikon) up to my f5 6" newt can someone please tell me what i need to do this.

At the most basic, a T-ring to allow you to attach it to prime focus.

And some sort of cable-release / remote-shutter-release to avoid vibrations when you shoot.

if no shutter release you can use the timer function to wait for vibrations to die down.
