Sudden Flare up (maybe?) Telescopium

I am half convinced when I looked up momentarily at the sky just near Epsilom Telescopium that there was a very distinct brightening(bright as a meteor but stationary) for a second or so dissipating very quickly. Would have been around 11.10 to 11.15pm E.S.T.

Anyone else?

Cheers

Michael
