I hope that I'm not jumping in out of sequence here... Something seasonal, like Autumn...

After the rain.

The next photo should have something to drink in it (not necessarily alcoholic!)

Delicious and refreshing

Lime and water, delicious.

The next photo should have something to do with mystery

Lovely picture of the lime and water. It looks very appealing indeed.

I hope this looks sufficiently mysterious. It was the view down the valley from our veranda this evening. Smokey haze from local hazard reduction burns added to the feel of twilight. I was hoping to catch a hint of the far horizon behind the grey, but I was a tad too late...

A nice easy one next to try and lure some more posters in - Young.

Come on - kids, pets, plants... whatever...

Hey Suzy, welcome to the forum.
Just a small point on thread rules:
You have to post a picture to nominate the next Topic.
The current topic is "Young"
Just post a pic of yourself!
Then you can nominate "Spooky"

But I agree, Chris' picture is absolutely stunning.

Ah, I get it now!
I was quite confused on how this thread worked with the monthly challenge. I thought you guys put out suggestions here for the monthly challenge titles. I have a few questions about the monthly photo challenge but I'll finish up here first (see if I can find a "young" pic I've taken of something!) and then go there. Thanks for all your help, much appreciated .

The Boeing 787-9 is a young aircraft with Etihad Airways taking delivery of Reg# A6-BLA (pictured here) on December 2014.
This is flight EYG484 from Abu Dhabi to Brisbane captured from my home on November 2016.
I'm laughing that I managed to find a way to incorporate aviation into the "young" category

Okay, so there's my pic. I now get to choose the next title, yes?
The next photo will have - "spooky".

Does this mean that I can't post in "spooky" because I came up with title. I'm guessing so, yes?
Let's see if I have this right... when the first person that posts a pic automatically gets to choose the next title?
EDIT: I have found the rules in the first post so I'm much clearer now.

Spooky...

Well, a bit spooky! I tried a variety of ideas but this was judged by my wife to be the nearest to the title. It's inside my shed a couple of nights ago. Handheld and looking towards the door. The red light is used to help preserve my night vision when I go in and out to get different telescope eyepieces, etc. The sheets cover a motorbike and a couple of telescopes. But what's lurking in the blackness beyond that door?.... the creatures of the night ..... (OK mostly bandicoots and kangaroos... )

Next photo of Tail or Tails please.

Hehe, good one Chris, I'm looking for Roxanne somewhere in there .

Tails

Oooh that's a nice easy one!
This is one of my favourite shots I took at Brisbane Airport, I call it Red Tails in the Sunset .

The next photo should have something with to do with water droplets.

"Red Tails in the Sunset" . Great title. Nice one Suzy.

Bonus points for having kangaroo tails on the red tails too...

This is a daisy flower in our garden. It was about the size of the end of my thumb and the little spider was so small (about the size of a grain of rice) that I didn't actually see it until I downloaded the pictures onto my computer. And then I whipped back and took a couple more. It looked nice and dry under there too!

Next picture should feature a musical instrument please.

Thank you Chris . I adore the Qantas livery with our Kangaroo and the slight changes of the Roo over the years. I don't much care for the new A330's Kangaroo though as it looks like its face is smashed in . So Australian with the our Aussie sunset, I was in love with that breathtaking view. Next time, I'll use a wider lens and try and take a better shot. It was snapped while we were driving and we only had a moment to pull over on the road.

I love your pic of the droplets and oh wow even a bonus spider and web . Very nice work indeedy, thank you.

Is a musical instrument, with a broken string, still a musical instrument ...?
..at least it is not a broken "G" string.... that could be embarrassing ...
OK...

G String.....

Contrails? Did you say contrails?! Oooh-oooh pick me, pick me!

Was such a Marshmallow sky the whole of this day, so I was really looking forward to sunset and I wasn't disappointed.
Aside from some nice sunset pics, I got a bonus show with an Air New Zealand Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner with contrails - pic straight out of the camera - at 39,000 feet from Singapore to Auckland.
Flight NZ281 #ZK-NZI.
3rd AUG-2017.

The next photo will have "legs" in it.

Clouds

I took this last weekend playing with HDR, this is a three shot hand held image at f8, where the Camera chose 1/640, 1/1250, & 1/2500 for the +/- full stop. Blended in HDR Efex Pro 2.
Kilcunder beach, from the rail bridge, crazy rain/clear/rain/clear day.

The next photo should have "Flowers".

The roof of our shed and some surrounding trees reflected in the eye of a kookaburra that landed on the front verandah rail.

The next shot should be a Picture of a Picture please. E.g. a kid's drawing, a photo of a painting, or any interpretation you like.

We seriously lack quality street art here in Devonport, Tas. I always enjoy wandering around Melbourne when I'm there and taking in the amazing art on display in laneways and on buildings.
So, let's have for a bit more:
The next photo should be of Street Art

PS - Cracker of a shot Chris. Almost said i can see the whites of it's eye. But I can't :-)
