Green Frogs Turn White and Not From Fright

Hi Guys,
Once again whilst in Darwin I noticed this Green Tree Frog, but it adapted itself to the colour of our Awning on the Caravan,
and turned itself white.
Amazing, apparently can change colour according to were the are for safety reasons.

Amazing ceatures, they seem to be quite comfortable around people. I had one hitch a ride on a loan bike at North Stradbroke island. He stayed on the bike handlebars while a tyre was changed then once we got underway jumped on to my shoulder for the remainder of the trip to the frog pond where I dropped him off.
