My first decent moon shot

Hi all..

My first moon shot taken with a Dob 10 using my phone. It’s takeb 6 months to actually have the time and a clear night TOGETHER since I first bought the telescope in June 2016.

Capture time 25th December 2017, 10pm.

You probably know but if not you need a T ring to attach the camera.
Lots of fun.
Good luck and keep them coming.
And print out the one you posted and frame it.

Thanks Alex .. yes I have a t/ring. Once I get used to the camera (settings etc), I’ll use it more. Thanks for the encouragement!

Actually on the subject of taking pics. Having just a Dob 10 I’ve heard varying reports of they’re ability to take deep sky objects. Still ..I’ll give it a go
