The Omega Man

Searching for an antidote for some gear bugs I had back in May I did a few test runs on this target. Taken under a full moon when I decided to sort out some PA and balancing issues I had at the time which can bee seen by the elongated stars. Also after close inspection while processing it looks as though the focus was a little off as well. Still failures and errors aside I thought I'd process this particular data set for future comparison next time round.

Thanks guys. This was taken in May when I was trialling my back then new pier. I've had a lot of setup changes this year so the way things used to operate has changed significantly. All of my previous tinkering/tweaks are irrelevant so I've had to dial it all in again. After months of fiddling around I think I might be there now. Just need some time, good weather, and a couple of suitable targets to know for sure.

This was taken from my backyard Martin, not my local dark site.
