QHY9M TEC and Nebulosity 4 - no go

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience controlling the TEC for a QHY9M in Nebulosity?
I've downloaded the drivers and have been able to successfully connect the camera to both EZCap and Nebulosity. Test images look ok, the shutter is opening and I'm getting a preview image. I can achieve a temperature set point in EZCap, but when I connect to Nebulosity v4 the TEC light refuses to turn on despite toggling the TEC radio button in the software.
I see from Craig's release notes that the TEC issue for the QHY9 has been resolved, but perhaps there is something I am missing?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Marty.

Sorry for the trouble, I got it sorted.
Turns out the release notes that state that the QHY9 TEC issue has been sorted is for the beta test V4.0.4, not V4.0 which is the version on the download page of the site.
I downloaded V4.0.4 and the TEC is running just fine.
