ccd filters used for visual

Hi
I want to get 2" mounted Baader filters that I can use both visually and for ccd use. Are the H-alpha, H-Beta, OIII, SII ccd filters ok for visual use? What differences will I see compared with visual filters?

Phil

Phil, the H-alpha and SII filters are outside of our visual spectrum so you won't see anything through those.

The H-beta and OIII should be OK - although the pass band for imaging is usually narrower than visual filters, but at least it should block any extraneous light out
