I am fixing a friend's old LXD55 mount before putting it up for sale, but it won't power on for some reason.
So I want to test out the mount's Autostar 497 controller first and also the mount (which I suspect has a faulty power board) to see which needs replacing.
If any members are based in Melbourne and run a Meade rig, can you please PM me and see if I can drop by one day to test out the old kit and narrow down the problem?

Yes. The issue is sorted out now, bad connection in the handset
