NGC6188 in SHO

I managed 50 minutes in S2, Ha and O3 a couple of nights back - the last (and only) clear skies for a month. It was really just a 'getting-to-know-you' night with my new SXVR_H16 and some NB filters.
I had a quick process in HOS but didn't like it so I tried the Hubble palette of SHO and don't mind it - many will find the Kermit colours a but hard to deal with.
Scope was an ED127 with WOP4 on a PMX - so the scope was working at about F6.2. Cameras were SXVR_H16 with Lodestar OAG.

Peter, firstly well done on finding some clear sky

Great shot of Ngc 6188, I've seen a shot with just Ha and O3 (Red and Blue) which looks brilliant, you might like to give that a try.

Cheers Geoff

Peter,

Both look great, I like the colour shot the best.

I love the blue filtering through the "cloud wall", It gives the image a 3D effect

Well done
