LCM in binos

Very clear night in Millicent last night . Pinched my wifes camera tripod and mounted my binos. Sat in my shed in the dark for a while to adapt then outside for a look. First thing I noticed was lcm up at near highest it will get. In the binos was fantastic. Spent next hour on it and could just see more and more. Next time I get Parky out thats where it will be pointed so I can check out all those bright knots. Wow. cheers all, Richard.

Good stuff - both Magellanic Clouds are great in binos. I've put some charts for binoculars on my web site cloudsofmagellan.net.au which you might find helpful for working out what's what.
