Planetary Conjunction this morning

There was a very nice planetary conjunction this morning in the pre-dawn eastern sky. There was a tight constellation formed by the crescent Moon, Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn. All were with 1 or 2 degrees of the Moon. Impressive visually, and it would have made a great photo.

Did anyone else witness this event?

Damn...

Just had a squizz on Stellarium... would have been impressive...

It's on again tomorrow morning too but, not sure if I can drag myself out of bed that early...

Definitely NOT a morning person...

Well, yes they are visible tomorrow but in a line more widely separated, certainly not the compact cluster of this morning. However Mars and Jupiter will be less than 1 degree apart in our sky tomorrow morning.
I have the scope ready.

I had a clear view this morning all from the comfort of bed. We have a large east facing window in the master bedroom with uninterrupted views to the distant horizon.
I had set the alarm and the sky was clear at 5.30am. It was a wonderful sight. Pluto was in the middle of the action too.
There are a series of these conjunction this year as the Moon returns to this part of the sky. They will get better as Mars and the Saturn and Jupiter reach opposition.

Looked great but to image it would have been near impossible to get the right exposure

Yes I saw this too as I was wandering into work at 4:30am. Took a photo of it with my mobile phone, which was better than nothing at the time.

Nice views of Mars and Jupiter in the same field of view this morning, a pretty rare event. Jupiter's moons were in a nice conga line for the occasion. Seeing was excellent here, very stable. Dew started to be an issue after the roof had been open for about 30min. Dropped down to Saturn as well, and stuck the Televue Barlow on. Worth getting up for.

Jupiter an Mars will be at their closest tomorrow morning (Sat 21st) at a distance of 0.7 deg. (42 ac min.) and on April 1st, ( yea I know ) Mars and Saturn will be close, at 0.9 deg (54 arc min.). Having the moon in the mix the past few mornings has provided some pretty vistas of the morning sky but for some strange reason, even though we've had clear skies, I haven't taken any images of the conjunctions, yet.

Yes I've been having a look and trying to get some pics. Hard to get everything in focus and right exposure etc. plus I only just got the DSLR camera and am still trying to figure it all out. Took some more this morning but the moon was way lower than yesterday, and had to zoom out a bit to get it all to fit. Still have to go through them all. Here's one from yesterday when the moon was in the middle, Mars and Jupiter up the top and Saturn down the bottom. Mars came up fairly red:

One from this morning with the moon lower than the 3 planets, but Mars and Jupiter a bit closer together:

Yes, I saw it this morning at about 7:00. Should have got up early and had a proper go at the planets, but only had time for a quick snapshot with the DSLR.
