mate

hello members
after a steep learning curve, which is by no means close to optimal yet with my qhy10, this is probably only the third or so pic i have done with it after a few months of problems which turned out to be the 201 box
anyhow very pleased to be back up and running

should have increased the exposure time to 3 or 4 minutes instead of 2
did not take any darks or flats
26 2min exposures only
dss and ps elements only which i know nothing about really
anyhow here it is
pat

Nice ! This whole year has been challenging in terms of weather, and then there's gear problems ... But in spite of all that the learning curve is fun.

G'day Pat

It was good to see your work, and hear that you are starting to come to grips with your QHY10.

I hear what Chris is saying, I just got back into the game after a recent move and selling everything off at the end of last year. Now I have my new equipment and I haven't been able to get out one night since I got it. The weather and skies have just been shocking. Typical!

Nice image, keep them coming!

Thanks for sharing

Gav
