I must be an incredibly lucky person going on the experiences of other people.
I have sold over 60 items, which were sent out via Aust Post during the last 2 years. All of them have arrived safely to the buyers.
I have only once had a problem receiving an item, which was delivered to the same box number, but different Post Office due to an addressing error. Fortunately, I had asked the sender to put my mobile number on the parcel and the person who wrongly received it contacted me and then kindly delivered the item to me.
In case anyone is wondering, I have never worked for Aust Post.
