Is this a bird, Plane or asteroid?

I have taken lots of subs that have the odd satellite or meteor trails but never had one that captures an object in the trail.
Any idea what it is

30min Ha exposure.

do you get fireflies in your area? satellite flare maybe? is the same object in adjacent frames or is this a one off?

Perhaps a solar panel caught a flash off the sun at that particular moment? It would have to be a very quick one not to be blurred by the motion of the satellite itself, but that's all I can think of, given it's roughly square shape?

Nice investigative work OICURMT.
Made a little Gif(not easy to do under 200kb)

Does look a little like Pacman

can't be solar panels as i have none and image over a paddock.

I think its a satellite but that doesn't explain the parallel trail above

Based on your gif, it's not a star. Must be a reflection from the solar panels or body. You can see the 2MASS star just above it to the left. I was in a hurry, I should have checked magnitudes, which would have ruled the star out.

Satellites often fly in formations too, which would explain the other trail. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satell...rmation_flying
