Sky & Tel USA

Got a pleasant surprise today when I opened my e-version of the November 2019 Sky & Telescope.

They also liked my take on M42

Seems 42 really is the answer to: life the Universe and everything

Congratulations, Peter. I first came across your M42 image on ATS (before I saw it in S&T), and could not take my eyes off the stunning, superb detail and colour. It's the best M42 I have ever seen and deserves to appear on APOD too!

Cheers,
Richard

Unfortunately they are all too rare, beautifully corrected optics can't do much with 4 arc second seeing... however it's nice to have the gear to take advantage of exceptional conditions when they do occur.
